Tiny Tigers (Ages 3-6)
Our Tiny Tiger program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions.
Karate for Kids (Ages 7-12)
There are many reasons for kids to became involved in martial arts. In addition to the technical skills of traditional Taekwondo, our program is based on concepts that will last a life time. Our students are taught the values of goal setting, perseverance and honor. At the same time, they are developing self confidence, increasing their balance and coordination, and improving their concentration and focus. Of course, they are also being taught self defense and safety techniques that are carried far beyond our classes.
Teens and Adults
We teach a style of martial arts known as Songahm Taekwondo. A powerful and exciting martial art known for it's dynamic kicking and hand techniques. Out students learn serious self defense, improve their physical fitness level and reduce stress, while developing a positive mental attitude and achieving personal goals.
AXtion Fitness (Adult Fitness Program)
AXtion Fitness is a cardio workout program that includes the benefit of kick boxing and strength training with the practical moves of Taekwondo. So many "cardio kick boxing" programs focus on fitness but not the correct way to do your punches and kicks. We believe that kick boxing is a fantastic way of getting in shape but when you punch or kick to build up a sweat or to protect you self.
Integrated Martial Arts Systems (IMS) (Ages 14 and up)
IMS is an adult self defense class. In this program we will be looking at how several different martial arts are used for self defense and how these styles work together and compliment each other. IMS gives our students a well rounded education in traditional Martial Arts.
